Chris Marshall manages and develops Reed Smith’s pro bono, community and charity programs for its Europe and Middle East offices. He works closely with the firm’s clients, community and business partners on new initiatives both locally and internationally. Chris also chairs the Board of Trustees of Advocates for International Development (A4ID), an international lawyers’ organization that harnesses legal skills to support pro bono to meet the UN Millennium Development Goals. A4ID connects lawyers with organizations that have a legal need. Chris and the team at A4ID won The Lawyer Pro Bono Team of the Year 2007 and for this work Reed Smith was also recognised by Legal Business as Corporate Social Responsibility Law Firm of the Year 2008.
