Fadi Hammadeh has over 15 years of regional and international experience as an in-house and private practice lawyer and is now is head of legal of a multi-billion dollar Government-owned conglomerate. Fadi has been involved in structuring, negotiating, and overseeing the execution of real estate, acquisition and development transactions inside and outside the United Arab Emirates. He was previously General Counsel of the Land Company of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), legal advisor to the Majid Al Futtaim Group, and was an arbitration lawyer in the Paris office of Freshfields. He holds a Trium Executive MBA from London School of Economics, NYU and HEC in Paris, and three LLMs.
