Prior to becoming General Counsel of this EADS division in Munich, Adam Smith worked in EADS Paris headquarters for ten years, running the Mergers & Acquisitions legal department. Adam started his career at Lovells in London as an insolvency lawyer. In a quest to see whether there is more to life than just law, he has also tried his hand at architecture and investment banking, but now realizes that law is indeed all there is. Adam holds an LLB from University College London and an MBA from London Business School, and is a Solicitor of England and Wales.
