For the last 16 years, Leigh Dance has advised law firms on international expansion and global client development, assisting with creating and executing competitive growth strategies internationally and improving international office performance.  She advises many global corporate law departments on structuring and managing to achieve better results for their companies.  Leigh is an accomplished moderator.  She co-founded and organizes many highly-regarded events for global counsel, including Counsel To Counsel.  She began her career in international development and public policy in Washington, DC, then worked 7 years as Vice President of The Chase Manhattan Bank with management assignments in 13 countries, and then as head of marketing for a US Midwest law firm before founding ELD. Leigh has an International MBA from Thunderbird and speaks English, French and Italian.
