Michael O’Neill has worldwide oversight for the Lenovo’s legal, corporate governance, security and government relations activities. Prior to joining Lenovo, Michael was a partner at Howrey LLP, where he led the firm’s international business and opened its Brussels office. Michael previously worked at Honeywell for 16 years in various roles, culminating as VP and General Counsel (GC) for Transportation and Power Systems. Michael also has served as in-house counsel for Westinghouse. He holds a J.D. and an MBA from the University of Baltimore, and a Master in Government Contracting from George Washington University.
