Helena is a corporate lawyer with more than 15 years in diverse transactions in banking & finance, M&A and joint ventures, and commercial relationships across Europe, US, Middle East and Africa. Her experience spans the telecommunications & media, leisure, transport, pharmaceutical and financial sectors. She is now EMEA General Counsel for AlixPartners, a global performance improvement, corporate turnaround and financial advisory firm. Helena was previously a partner in London with DLA Piper, and for seven years before that was Group Legal Director for the Virgin Group.  She started her career at Clifford Chance, and holds an LLM from Kings College London, and a “Maitrise de Droit” from Assas in Paris.
